Welcome to the seven day ‘Reset Your Mindset’ challenge
Follow this step by step guide to help you develop a positive mindset. Each day we will add in additional tasks. Then on day eight, take time to reflect upon your last seven days and feel the positive changes in yourself.

Task 3: gratitude task
Task 4: current self/future self/ step into future self (read daily)
Task 5: fifteen minute walk in nature
Task 6: affirmations (read three times every day and time you see them)
